👩🏼‍🦱提問人:我明白金錢是一種助力,但我發現我不太知道擁有金錢的感覺。


👥亞伯拉罕:那就別管它、忽略它。因為有另一種助力比金錢重要太多,多到我們甚至找不到任何部分可以拿來比較,那就是 - - - 「能量」和「對齊」。而「金錢」只是它的結果。 


人們說:「金錢真的很有幫助,因為它提供我這些機會。」我們承認確實如此。


但我們要說:「『能量』比那重要太多。」 


人類擁有靈魂能量,卻不轉向祂們,白白浪費。


也就是說,每個人都擁有一股很大的靈魂能量串流,但你們選擇擔憂、煩惱的想法,使你們與祂們分離。


換句話說,人類擁有的這股靈魂能量流,是生活的清晰和興奮的感覺,而那正是你們每一個人追尋的。然而,你們卻找了一個人來生氣,使你們與靈魂能量分離。


所以我們要說的是:現在這個世界正在發生的,是振動上的匱乏,而不是金錢上的匱乏。「金錢」是對齊靈魂的副產品,了解嗎?


一切與金錢無關,把金錢從生活方程式中移除,把「對齊靈魂」,只把「對齊」放進生活方程式,然後看看會發生什麼。只要把注意力放在真正重要的事情上,你們想要的一切,自然都會流進來。

👥亞伯拉罕:先理解一件事 - - - 他們能給你們的,就是他們是「對齊靈魂」的榜樣。


👩🏼‍🦱提問人:祢們把這件事說得很簡單。


👥亞伯拉罕:大師精通「對齊靈魂」。所以重點不是他們說了什麼,而是他們表現了什麼。他們所表現出來的,就是「對齊靈魂」。


你們可以專注在這方面,觀察他們的特點:


他們看起來怎麼樣? 


他們焦慮,還是平靜?


他們善良,還是很壞?


他們沮喪,還是在人生顛峰?


他們熱切期待,還是情緒低落?


他們快樂,還是悲傷?


換句話說, 觀察他們如何利用他們的振動(=想法)在情緒這方面,然後模仿他們。讓這些大師教你們....


👩🏼‍🦱提問人: 教「豐盛」、教「愛」、教「療癒」,有教這些嗎?


👥亞伯拉罕:有人透過「給愛」來教導「愛」,你們人類透過「清晰示範」來教導。


我們說了很多話,這些話幫助我們一起專注。


但當我們在與你們任何一個人互動時,我們真正的意圖,是要引導你們進入一種感覺。


妳的問題很好,妳問了2問題,我們只有1個答案,答案就是「對齊靈魂」和「對齊靈魂」。我們知道很惱人。


我們說的每一個字、每一個句子、每一個方法,我們對你們任何人說的一切,背後的意圖,都是引導你們進入對齊靈魂。


這意思就是,我們總是舒緩你們正在做、並且阻礙你們「對齊靈魂」的那件事情。


👩🏼‍🦱提問人:我也認為學習如何安撫自己也是關鍵的部分,我可能需要把我腦海中的一些東西清除掉。我學到……


👥亞伯拉罕:或者不需要清除,只要專注在其中最有益的部分。 


👩🏼‍🦱提問人:但有時候情緒會湧上心頭……


👥亞伯拉罕:那就太晚了。 「情緒」是「你們一直以來如何關注」的指標。


這正是我們想說的 - - - 若你們實現不想要的,或已經產生負向情緒,就是你們的振動(=想法)沒提早準備。在這樣的情況下,你們通常只能做出反射性的反應。


這就是「動能」。


如果你們一開始處於中立的位置,你們可以促進「想要的動能」,或者至少不去成為「不想要的動能」的催化劑。


換句話說,猶如你們站在一輛即將滑入大海的汽車前面,你們可以把它穩穩停在你們想要的位置。或者,如果你們要它駛進大海,只要輕輕一推,它就會滑下去。


你們要提早準備振動,明白嗎?


但大多數人等到動能進行,才問:「現在我該怎麼辦?」


我們會說:「你現在唯一能做的就是行動,但那永遠不夠。」


我們多年來一直有一個比喻——若你們從飛機上跳下來,從三萬英尺高空,沒降落傘。你們問:「我該怎麼辦?」我們說:「撐住,很快就結束了。」因為動能太大,你們能做的真的非常有限。


但,


㊙️如果你們提早準備振動、


㊙️如果你們先將事情想像成自己想要的樣子、


㊙️如果你們在意自己的感覺………


這方法太過簡單,以至於很多人沒聽進去。


因為對大多數人來說,這方法沒足夠的焦慮、不掙扎、沒創傷或不具戲劇性。


而且當我們說「感覺就是一切,你們可以控制自己的感覺」時,幾乎每個人在某種程度上為「自己的設限」辯護:「是啊,但這件事讓我有這感覺,那件事讓我有那感覺,還有那些事...。」 


🔴而我們要對你們說的是 - - - 不管發生了什麼,或你現在對它有什麼感覺,都沒關係。你們永遠都有「選擇更好的方式」的這個選項,來表達你們對它的感覺。


👩🏼‍🦱提問人: 這也是我想問的, 如何才能真正「放下」,選擇一個比較好的感覺?


👥亞伯拉罕:大多數人必須等到情況糟糕到無法忍受,然後你們才不再堅持,真正「放下」,選擇一個比較好的感覺。


但我們認為你們不應該有如此痛苦恐懼的經歷。 


我們認為你們應該能夠感覺到——「讚美」和「批評」的差異。 我們認為你們應該能夠感覺出不同。所以,做出選擇:「我偏好讚美,我要多讚美,少批評。」


我們認為你們應該能夠感覺到——當你們對於不知道將如何來到的東西,你們的感覺是熱切期待?還是擔憂?我們認為你們應該能夠感覺「擔憂」和「熱切期待」不同,而且你們本來就有這內在資源,引導你們往那個方向走。


但是,我們認為妳在妳的人生遊戲中,沒做到儘早做好「熱切期待」的準備。


我們認為妳迷迷糊糊地開始妳的一天,任由事情發生在妳身上,妳看著那些事情,然後那些事情就定下了基調,動能進行中。然後妳說:「這太難了。」


我們說:「我們知道很難,已經不可能停止那種程度的動能。如果妳讓動能繼續,那不舒服的感覺,猶如車子碾過妳。」 


因此,這就是我們說「要提早準備振動」的意思。 


所以,當妳今晚躺在床上,要意識到「今天差不多要過去了,明天將是嶄新的一天」。


然後告訴自己,妳要以一個好的開始,開啟穩定、順利的一天。溫柔地對自己說話,沒有很大的承諾,也不說自己打算做什麼或不打算做什麼。


⭕️只說:「明天將是能量非常好的一天。我會在有覺知的狀態下醒來,那時我的能量是中性的,我會及早讓自己進入一個『好感覺』的振動位置。」


接著準備入睡——欣賞某人或某事,欣賞容易欣賞的東西,然後安心入睡。


⭕️隔天醒來,先躺在床上一會兒,問自己:「我睡前想什麼?對了,今天是美好的一天!今天是嶄新的一天!我現在處於中性的狀態,此刻我在一個沒任何動能的狀態。」


如果妳睡過頭,那動能已經開始。


如果妳醒來發現有人在另一個房間爭吵,那動能已經開始。


如果妳醒來馬上擔心妳昨天擔心的事情,那動能已經開始。


🔴所以,下定決心 - - - 「我要提早準備振動」!


練習兩三個夜晚和早晨、夜晚和早晨之後,妳會發現妳開始為自己設定一些意圖。


例如:


⭕️「當我早上醒來,我的第一件事就是喝美味的東西,坐下來,讓自己沉浸在好感覺,我最喜歡在那個地方這麼做。」


或者:


⭕️「當我早上醒來,我要喝可口的東西,我要使自己煥然一新,我要在那裡坐下來好好享受一會兒。」


這樣,妳已經開始動能。


有些人可能會說:「哦,是啊,但我這麼做的機會有多大?每天一早醒來,我的生活就已經一團亂。」


我們說:「好,看來你們面臨難以逾越的動能,那麼你們必須採取不同的方法,必須有個退而求其次的方法。」


⭕️你們可以告訴自己:「 我想我可以在一天之中找到一個地方做這件事,而且我會尋找更多這樣的機會。」


🔥也就是說,你們必須持續找出更多愉快、正向的想法,減少不愉快、負向的想法,直到你們使自己相信 - - - 你們有能力掌控自己一整天的發展方向!


🔥或者,只要你們給自己一個處於一個「沒動能的中性狀態」的機會。不需要太久,你們會開始看見證據,你們的一切都會好轉。


🔴當你們處於「沒動能的中性狀態」就是——你們不會一遇到事情就立刻偏掉,你們不馬上防禦或抗拒。


如果你們可以給自己幾天時間體驗這「沒動能的中性狀態」,你們會發現:


「中性」就是——軟木塞會浮起來。


「中性」就是——當你們放開軟木塞,它自然會浮向更高的頻率。


也就是說,你們不必為了進入更高的頻率費力地向上划,你們只要停止把自己壓在較低的頻率。 


所以,這其實比你們一直以為的要簡單得多。


你們有多少人喜歡每天出去跑步?或某一天跑?或某幾天跑?多少人喜歡好好跑一跑?


🏃‍♂️你們是否注意到,當你們跑步時,會感覺到產生一個特殊的動能?


🏃🏻 跑者說那是「進入狀態」(getting into a zone),但他們自己也說不清楚那到底是什麼。


🏃‍♀️但這其實是因為 - - - 他們從中性位置開始,因為跑步足以讓他們對原本煩憂的事轉移注意力,所以這使得他們的靈魂能量有了易於通行的空間,因此他們的靈魂能量提升,使他們當下狀態極佳。了解嗎?


所以,我們建議你們提早準備「好感覺的振動」或提早準備「沒動能的中性狀態」。


👩🏼‍🦱提問人:我已經從祢們的教導學到一些,比如睡前的部分。我有一張很棒的床,我會爬上床,想那些好的想法。然後早上醒來,我也會這樣做,可是接著就……


👥亞伯拉罕:妳早上醒來最先出現的一些想法是什麼?


直接說出來,我們會重複一遍,我們會幫妳找出來。


妳會想起哪些使妳心煩的想法?


「 想起」 是一個很好的說法。因為想法在你們的振動活躍,所以你們才會想起它們。


你們一早醒來常會想起哪些不愉快的想法?


「我感覺身體不舒服。」還有什麼? 


「我不想去上班。」 


「我沒睡飽。」還有呢?


「我有太多事情要做。」 


我們先來談談這些。


🅰️當你們說「我有太多事情要做」時,只會使那動能持續。


所以,上床睡覺前,溫柔地告訴自己:


1️⃣「我會對齊我必須做的事情。」


2️⃣「 我會利用創造世界的無形能量的槓桿作用,讓無形能量幫助我這些事情。」


在睡前表達這聲明,隔天早上醒來,即使之前心煩的想法仍有動能,但它們的動能不再像之前那麼強。


而且醒來之後,你們甚至可能注意到這是長久以來,你們第一次有輕鬆一點的感覺。


然後,你們可以承認發生的事情,告訴自己(也可以大聲地說):「 我正意識到我有輕鬆一點的感覺。『意識到輕鬆』是一個動能,這動能跟我之前的動能截然不同。」


接著,你們會開始注意到,你們能以舒服、輕鬆的態度談論那些事和專注那些事。明白我們的意思嗎? 


🅱️如果你們身體不舒服,睡前在床上,試著:


1️⃣找出讓你們身體感覺舒服的東西——欣賞柔軟的床或欣賞舒適的枕頭,專注在「感覺好」的東西。


2️⃣找到一個舒服的睡姿。


然後承認「這 - 感 - 覺 - 很 - 好!這感覺真好!」


☝️☝️☝️我們真的要你們聽進去這句話:「不要試圖阻止動能。」


因為:


那會讓你們認為自己做不到。


那會讓你們認為自己做錯。


那會讓你們認為事情太難。 

 

你們試圖阻止的是「進行中的動能」! 


不要因為擔心它而去阻止它,心平氣和等待動能平息,結果不會那麼糟糕。


🔥讓動能自己平息!把你們的能量——注意力、想法、決心,放在開始新的能量——新的動能!


所以,與其說:「我要試著讓我的身體不再疼痛。」


改為開始說:


「哦,這感覺真好。」

「哦,這味道真好。」

「哦,這讓我感到放鬆。」

「哦,這是一件好事。」 


讓這些動能開始!


我們保證 - - - 你們只需要投入比你們現在做大多數事情少得多的注意力、精力,你們就會開始與創造世界的無形能量對齊一致,你們會開始感覺到那動能。而且不用太久,你們會開始感覺自己無敵。


你們感覺自己無敵、穩定、心平氣和,以至於看到電視上播放的內容與你們想要的方向不同時,你們會說:「我想要....」


當事情真的依照你們想要的發生、實現時,你們會說: 


「非常謝謝祢們、非常謝謝祢們、非常謝謝祢們、非常謝謝祢們,


非常謝謝祢們認可我,


非常謝謝祢們聽見我,


非常謝謝祢們將能量流向我選擇專注的事物,


非常謝謝祢們認可我的力量,非常謝謝祢們認可我的清晰。」


🔴但前提是,你們必須到這個振動位置 - - - 你們有足夠的練習,已經開始預期它發生。


因此,當你們決定要去某個地方,並且清楚自己要去哪裡時,就想像自己已經在那裡。 


你們是否有過這樣的經驗:再次光顧一家之前常去的餐廳時,服務人員把你們安排在你們之前坐過的桌子?是否發生過?


你們會說:「這肯定就是我們的桌子。」  雖然帶你們入座的並非同一個服務人員。 


為什麼會這樣?因為你們已經向宇宙傳遞你們身處在那空間的影像。那是你們的桌子,動能在那裡!

👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: I see what a facilitator money is, but I find it hard to know what it feels like to have money.
 
👥Abraham: Then ignore it.  Then ignore it.  Because there is a facilitator that is so much more important than money, we can’t even find a fractional comparison, and that is “energy and alignment”.  Money comes as a result of it.  
 
People will say, “Well, money is really helpful.”  And we acknowledge that It is.  “Because it affords me all of these opportunities.”
 
And we say, “Well, energy is so much more important than that.”  
 
And you have it at your fingertips and you squander it, you don’t tap into it.  

You have this big stream of energy flowing and instead you choose a worrisome, bothersome thought and pinch yourself off from it.
 
You have this stream of energy that is the clarity and the exhilaration of life and you’re all reaching for.  And instead you find somebody to be mad at and you pinch yourself off from it.  
 
We say, “It’s vibrational poverty that’s going on around here, not pinching yourself off from money.”  Money is a byproduct of alignment, you see.
 
So just get focused upon what matters and everything that you want will then flow.  Nothing is about money.  Take money out of the equation and put alignment, only alignment in, and watch what happens.
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: Okay.  How can I be more aligned with the masters who’ve come here to teach us on this planet?
 
👥Abraham: By acknowledging that all any of them have for you is an example of alignment.
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: You make it sound so simple.  
 
👥Abraham: What a master has mastered is alignment.  And so it isn’t what they say, it’s what they demonstrate.  And what they’re demonstrating is alignment.  
 
So if you can focus on that, watch their characteristics: 
 
How do they seem to be?
 
Are they worried or are they calm?
 
Are they kind or are they mean?
 
Are they frustrated or are they on top of life?
 
Are they eager or are they depressed?
 
Are they happy or are they sad?
 
In other words, look for the emotional indicators of what they’re doing with their vibration and mimic it.  Let them teach you....
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: Teach abundance, teach love, teach healing, um, have those things present?
 
👥Abraham: Well, someone teaches love by loving.  You teach through the clarity of your example.  
 
We offer so many words and the words help us focus together.  

But our intention as we are playing with any of you is to get you focused into a feeling.
 
So, your questions are really good questions.  And we started to say to you when you said, “I have 2 questions.”  We started to say, “We have 1 answer.”  It was alignment and alignment which is annoying.
 
But everything that we offer, every process that we’ve ever offered, every sentence that we’ve ever uttered, everything that we’ve ever offer to any of you has been with the intention of guiding you into alignment, 

which means we’re wanting to soothe that thing you’re doing that’s keeping you from it. 
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: And I think that’s part of the key too, is learning how to soothe.  Um, I need some of my hard drive erased, because what I’ve learned ....
 
👥Abraham: Or, you don’t need to erase it.  Just focus on the most beneficial parts of it.
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: Well, sometimes when emotion comes up...
 
👥Abraham: Well, that’s too late.  The emotion is already the indicator of how you’ve been focusing.  

That’s what we’re saying - - - If you wait until the manifestation or even until the emotion, now you’re not out ahead of it, now you’re having the knee-jerk response.
 
And that’s what we meant when we’re talking about momentum earlier.  

If you start in a neutral place, you could either promote the momentum that you want or not be a catalyst to the momentum that you don’t want.
 
In other words, you could stand in front of the car that’s getting ready to roll off into the ocean and you could hold it where you want it to be. 
 
Or, if you wanted it to move off into the ocean, you could give it a nudge and off it would go.  

You want to get out ahead of it, you see.
 
And so, what most people do, they wait until the momentum is already underway and then they say, “Now what do I do?”  

And we say, “Well, all you can do is action, and it’s not ever enough.”
 
And so, then it’s like the analogy that we’ve offered for so many years --- You’ve jumped out of an airplane.  You’re at 30,000 feet.  You have no parachute.  And you say, “What do I do?”  And we say, “Hang on.  It’ll be over in a little bit.”   Because the momentum is such, there’s not a lot for you to do.  

But 

㊙️if you get out ahead of it, 

㊙️if you envision things the way you want them to be,  

㊙️if you care about how you feel...
 
It’s so simplistic that a lot of people can’t even hear it.   

There’s just not enough angst or struggle or trauma or drama in it for most people.  
 
When we say “how you feel is everything and you have control of how you feel”, most everybody to some extend will argue for their limitations, “Yeah, but this made me feel this way, and this make me feel this way, and this make me feel this way.”
 
🔴And we want to say to you - - - It doesn’t matter what happened or how you feel about it, you have the option of choosing a better option of how you feel about it!
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: And I think that’s what I’m asking for.  What is the kickstart to let go?
 
👥Abraham: For most it has to get bad enough that you can’t stand it, and then you finally let go of it.  

But we don’t think it should have to be that traumatic.  
 
We think that you ought to be able to feel——the difference between complimenting someone and criticizing someone.  We think you ought to be able to feel that difference.  And when you do one or the other, make a choice, “Woo, this is my preference.  I’m going to do more of this and less of this.”
 
We think you ought to be able to feel——the difference between anticipating something that you don’t know how it’s going to come, but feeling eager about it and worrying about it.  We think you ought to be able to feel the difference between worry and anticipation.  We think you have the resources to guide it that way.
 
But we don’t think you get on it early enough in your game.
 
We think you blunder into your day, you let stuff happen to you, you observe it, it sets the tone, the momentum’s in motion, and then you say, “This is too hard.”
 
And we say, “We know it is hard.  If you let the momentum get going, the car is going to mow right over you.  It’s so hard.  It’s impossible to stop that kind of momentum.”
 
And so, that’s what we mean when we say, “Get out ahead of it.”
 
So when you put yourself in your bed at night, acknowledge that this day is pretty much done and tomorrow is gonna be a fresh day.
 
And just make the suggestion to yourself that you’re going to start this day on a good footing.  Just say that softly to yourself, not making big promises, and not talking about what you’re not going to do or what you’re going to do.

⭕️But, “Tomorrow is going to be a really good energy day.  I’m going to wake up aware and it’s gonna be neutral energy and I’m gonna get myself into a good feeling place early.”
 
And then just bask yourself to sleep——Appreciate someone or something.  Appreciate something that is easy to appreciate and go to sleep.   
 
⭕️And when you awaken, lie there for a moment and say, “Now, what was it I was thinking about before I went to bed?  Oh, yeah, this is a good day!  This is a new day!  I’m in neutral zone.  I’m in a non-momentum moment right now.”
 
If you wake up late, the momentum’s already started, you’re already late.  

If you wake up to someone arguing in the other room, the momentum’s already started.  
 
If you wake up and go immediately to worrying about what you were worrying about yesterday, the momentum has already started.  
 
🔴So, make the decision that - - - you’re going to get out ahead of it.
 
So, you might find yourself after 2 or 3 nights and morning, and nights and mornings, you might find yourself setting some intentions for yourself.
 
⭕️“When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I’m gonna do is to drink something really delicious and sit and bask for a little while.  I think my favorite place to do that would be there.  Yeah.”
  
⭕️“I think in the morning when I wake up, I’m gonna drink something lovely.  I’m going to refresh myself.  I’m going to sit and bask for just a little while right there.” 
 
Now, you’ve already started momentum.  
 
Now some of you are saying, “Oh, yeah, well, like a good chance I’m going to have for doing that because when I wake up in the morning, all hell always breaks loose in my life.”
 
And we say, “All right.  So, you’ve already crashed up against some momentum.  So you have to take a different tact.  So you have to go even more general than that.”
 
⭕️So you have to start saying to yourself, “Well, I think I could carve out a place somewhere in my day where I could do something like that.  And I’m going to look for more opportunity to do that.”
 
🔥In other words, you just have to keep finding more pleasant thoughts and fewer unpleasant thoughts until you convince yourself that - - -  You are capable of controlling the direction of the way your day is gonna go!
 
🔥And it won’t take very much before you start showing yourself that if you give yourself a chance of being in a neutral place where there’s no momentum.
 
🔴In other words, you’re not doing that thing you do that’s taking you off in the direction that you don’t want to be and get defensive right away.
 
If you can just give yourself a few days of this experience of this neutral zone, you’ll discover:

That neutral means — the cork will float.  
 
That neutral means — you’ll let go of the cork and the cork will float into the higher frequency.
 
In other words, you don’t have to paddle your way up into the higher frequencies.  You just have to stop holding yourself down in the lower frequencies.
 
And so it is so much simpler than any of you have been giving yourself.  

How many of you are enjoying getting out and running every day or any day, some days?  How many of you like to take a good run?  

🏃🏻‍♂️And have you noticed that when you do it, that there is a momentum in the way you feel?
 
🏃🏻Runners call it “getting into a zone”.   They can’t even really explain what it is.  

🏃‍♀️But they’ve started in a neutral place and the movement itself is distracting them enough from enough other things, that it gives them a clear place for their energy and it allows their energy to raise, you see.
 
And so, that’s what we’re suggesting is that you get out ahead of it.  Get out ahead of it.
 
👩🏼‍🦱Questioner: I had already leaned some of that from some of your teachings about go to bed.  I have this wonderful bed.  And I crawl into bed.  And I think those good thoughts.  And I wake up in the morning.  And I do that, but then...
 
👥Abraham: So what are some of the first thoughts that you come across in the morning?
 
Just call them out and we’ll repeat them.  We’ll find them.
 
What are the troublesome thoughts that you’re bumping up against?  
 
“Bumping up against” is a good way to say it, because it’s active in your vibration, so you’re bumping up against it.
 
What are some of those early morning bumping up against unpleasant thoughts that you’re finding?
 
“I feel physically uncomfortable.”  What else?
 
“I don’t want to go to work.”
 
“I didn’t get enough sleep.”  What else?
 
“I have too much to do.”
 
So now let’s just take those.  “I have too much to do.”  When you say that, that just keeps that momentum going.
 
When you go to bed, you will suggest to yourself that

1️⃣ “Eventually I’m going to come into alignment with what I have to do.”  Just that soft suggestion.   “Eventually I’m going to come into alignment with what I have to do.”
 
2️⃣“Eventually I’m going to access the leverage of the energy that creates worlds.  And I’m going to get that energy helping me out on some of this.”
 
Now, you’ve already just with that statement, the night before, you made that statement.  When you wake up in the morning, if that previous thought had any momentum, it won’t be as much momentum as it had before you made that statement.
 
So now you awaken and you might even notice that for the first time in a long time, you are feeling a little bit of ease.  
 
And then you want to stop and say to yourself out loud if you want to, but at least acknowledge that it happened, “I am having a realization of some ease.  That realization of that ease is a momentum that is different from what I’ve had before.”
 
You see what we are getting at?  So that you start noticing that the things that you’re saying and that the things you’re focused upon in an attitude of more comfort.
 
So, let’s say, you wake up in the morning and your body hurts.  When you put yourself in your bed at night, lie there for a little bit, and try to find something that makes you feel comfort in your body.  
 
Appreciate the softness of the bed or appreciate the comfort of the pillow.  Focus upon something the feels good.
 
Try to put yourself in a comfortable position where you acknowledging--- “This - Feels - Good!  This feels good!”

☝️☝️☝️We really want you to hear us when we say, “Don’t try to stop momentum.”  
 
That’s what makes you think you can’t do it.  
That’s what makes you think you’re doing it wrong.  
That’s what makes you think it’s too hard. 
 
You’re trying to stop momentum that is already in motion!

Don’t worry about stopping it.  Let it play out.  It’s not going to be that bad.  
 
🔥Let it play out.  Let the momentum play out and put your energy, your mindset, your determination toward getting new energy started!
 
So, instead of saying, “I’m going to try to get my body to stop hurting.”  
 
Start saying, 
 
“Oh, this feels good.”
“Oh, that tastes good.”
“Oh, this is relaxing.”
“Oh, this is a good thing.”
 
Get that momentum going!  
 
And it is our promise to you --- With far less attention than you have put into almost anything else that you are doing, you will begin to dovetail with this energy that creates worlds.  And you’ll begin to feel momentum.  And it won’t take long before you’ll begin to feel a sort of invincibility. 
 
You’ll feel so invincible that you’ll be watching something on television that’s not going your way and you’ll say, “I want...”
 
And when it happens, you’ll say, 

“Thank you very much.  Thank you very much.  Thank you very much.  Thank you very much.  

Thank you very much for recognizing me.  

Thank you very much for hearing me.  

Thank you very much for flowing energy towards something that I have chosen as my object of attention.  

Thank you very much.  Thank you very much for recognizing my power.  Thank you very much for recognizing my clarity.”
 
🔴But you got to put yourself in that place where you’ve practiced it enough that you’re starting to expect it.
 
When you decide that you’re going to go someplace and you know where you’re going, envision yourself there.
 
How often do you return to a restaurant that you’ve been at before and they seat you at the same table that you’ve been before?  Has that ever happened to you?
 
And you say, “This must be our table.”  Even though it’s not the same person that’s seating you.
 
Well, why is that?  It’s because that’s the impression that you have offered to the Universe about being in that space.  It is your table, that’s where the momentum is!
