每天結束前,做這練習 - - -
1️⃣ 當你們感覺自己有負向情緒或身體不適(那些只是你們內心排斥抗拒的放大版)。
2️⃣ 拿出一張紙,或寫在電腦也可以。
3️⃣ 先寫「主題」這字詞,然後用一個非常簡短的描述,寫出自己認為這個主題是什麼。
4️⃣ 接著寫出自己目前的情緒落點,然後圍繞著這主題想一下,不會花太多時間,因為你們早就想過它,那就是為什麼每當你們想起它就有情緒。
5️⃣ 你們可以一邊想一邊大聲說。但最好用寫的,一邊想一邊寫,寫下讓自己產生情緒的想法、在腦海翻騰的想法。
6️⃣每寫下一句「讓自己產生情緒的想法」的陳述,就問自己:「我的情緒是什麼?」你們會發現,無論你們現在在情緒振動儀表的哪一個位置,你們寫出的那些想法所帶出的情緒用詞都會很接近,像是相同的情緒。
7️⃣ 然後寫下來:「我目前的情緒是……。」
8️⃣ 接著再寫:「我的情緒目標是......。」不是身體改善的目標,而是「情緒目標」。當然,最佳的情緒目標是狂喜、激情或熱情。但是不要設定一個很遠的情緒目標,設定一個距離目前情緒不遠的情緒目標。
9️⃣ 持續寫,找出改善你們感覺的句子、陳述和記憶。
🔟 直到寫到感覺改善之後,寫出目前新的情緒落點,寫下新的陳述。
若你們有時間繼續這個練習,你們會非常訝異在整個書寫的過程中,在這個專注「我的感覺如何」、專注「什麼想法產生什麼感覺」, 你們的情緒可以快速向上提升。
⭕️妳每多一天練習,身體僵硬的感覺就會減少一點。這是我們給妳的保證!
有一件很有趣的事,我們觀察到人類會發現並覺察自己身體的反應。而且幾乎無一例外,你們想要知道「我吃了什麼?」、「我做了什麼?」你們尋找外在原因。
你們幾乎都樂於接受診斷、向你們解釋為何你們身體會有那些感覺。
🔴若我們是人類,若我們身體感覺不適,我們會停下來,至少對自己宣告、對世界宣告、或任何正在聽我們講話的人說:「我剛已經診斷出我的振動沒與靈魂對齊一致。」
換句話說:「我的振動處於排斥抗拒的狀態之中。」
或者,更準確的說法:「我對自己的情緒振動有些功課要做,以便將自己帶向對更符合我天性的振動位置。」
👩提問人:但我以為我退休就是在做這樣的事。
👥亞伯拉罕:感覺一下差異。妳現在提供的個人經驗非常有益。妳說:「因為我經歷這些不好的情緒,所以我採取這行動,我相信這行動將會使我到達一個感覺比較好的位置。」

🔴我們要你們明白 - - - 刻意創造其實只是一個「每個片刻的想法,然後感覺」的過程。
💢你們太多人某種程度上把自己的生活當成一個概念,用概括的方式看人生,而不是在每個當下覺察實際的想法與情緒。比如你們會這麼說:「 我以為R V露營車生活,會使我有更多時間時在感覺比較好的位置。」或「我以為我現在做的,會使我在一個感覺比較好的位置。」
⭕️但我們要你們採取一步一步、著手參與人世生活、漸進式的生活態度。每次都直接說:「這個想法的感覺不太好,我想要找到一個感覺比較好的想法。」
地球上沒有嚴重的事情發生。也就是說,沒有任何人因為沒對齊靈魂,造成嚴重的失衡。
想想看妳和很多人一直以來說的話多麼極其美麗、令人印象深刻:
「 我要了解我的振動。
我要成為一位刻意的創造者。
我要與生命源頭能量保持一致。
我要落實我存在的理由。
我要傾聽我的引導系統,我要知道自己正在做什麼。
我要與我的靈魂在振動上連結,並且擁有直覺。
我要經常與靈魂對齊一致,這樣我就可以真正聽到靈魂給我的引導。
我要成為一位對別人有價值老師。」
而要做到這些,你們就必須在每一刻覺察「自己此刻當下的感覺如何」。
有人說、大部分人或多或少有這樣的感覺:「我其實不太能覺察到自己的情緒。」
但其實你們每個人都可以。
我們今天告訴你們這些,你們都能感覺到,你們知道那些情緒的位置。

👥Abraham: When somebody uses a word “not bored”, there’s a boredom lingering nearby. Now talk to us if you will just a little bit if you want to, about the physical condition. What is it?
👩Questioner: Oh, it’s a muscular thing where I began getting pain and stiffness and really unable to walk well or lift my arms well and so on. I didn’t go to a medical doctor partly because of insurance snafus. But I felt like if I could get myself in the right place and align myself that I could heal myself. I kept expecting to do that in this quiet time that I had, that I was giving myself.
👥Abraham: It’s a literal tug of war going on in your physical body, and it feels debilitating to you. In other words, that’s what it feels like to us.
So we would just make more decisions to make more decisions. We would no longer say, “I’m learning how to do nothing.” Because we think that is contrary to the very essence of your being. You did not come forth to ever learn how to do nothing. You came forth because you were an expanding being wanting to expansion.
And those words also say, “I was not very happy with what I was doing.” In other words, “I was not as fulfilled with my former life, and so I’m not doing what my former life was, I’m finding another life.” But when you beat the drum of that, it’s like pulling yourself in opposite directions too.
We think today’s dialogue will be beneficial to you, because all you have to do, all anybody has to do is say, “Well, let’s see now where am I? And where do I want to be on any subject?”
As you are moving through your day, try this exercise ---
1️⃣ When you find yourself feeling negative emotion or physical sensation which is just an exaggeration of resistance in your body.
2️⃣ Go to a piece of paper or you can write it in your computer, but write it.
3️⃣ And write the word “subject” and then write what you think this subject is, just very brief description.
4️⃣ And then write current set point and then think around the subject and it won’t be hard because you already thinking around it. That’s why you are having the emotion.
5️⃣ Think around the subject and just even talk out loud or write it is even better. Write what’s rolling through your mind on the subject that has produced emotion.
5️⃣ And as you write each statement, ask yourself as the statements come, “What’s the emotion that describes this?” And you’ll find yourself wherever you are on the vibrational meter, finding words that are all similar that mean sort of the same thing.
6️⃣ And then say, “My current emotional set point is .… “ And then whatever it is.
7️⃣ And then write “My emotional goal.” Not my physical body improvement goal, “My emotional goal”.
8️⃣ Now of course the optimum emotional goal would be ecstasy or passion or enthusiasm. But don’t ask for an emotional goal that’s very far from where you are. Ask for an emotional goal that’s not so far from where you are.
9️⃣ And then keep writing trying to find sentences and statements and memories that give you that improved feeling.
🔟 And when the feeling is improved, now write current emotional set point and put the new statement there.
And then if you have time continue the process, you will be amazed how in this writing process, in this focused on “how I feel”, and focused upon “what thoughts are producing the feelings setting that you are sitting in”, you can move up this emotional scale fast.
⭕️And every day you do it, you will feel less stiff. It is our promise to you!
It’s an interesting thing as we watch you, you will find yourself aware of a physical reaction. Almost without exception you want to know “What did I eat?”, “What did I do?” You’re looking for some outside reason for it.
You’re almost happy to receive a diagnosis that explains to you why you’re feeling what you’re feeling.
🔴If we were standing in your physical shoes and we had a physical sensation, we would stop and make an announcement to ourselves at least, and to the world or anyone that is listening, “I have just diagnosed myself with vibrational misalignment.”
In other words, “I’m in a state of vibrational resistance.”
Or, even better words, “I have some work to do on my emotional vibrational scale in order to bring myself more into the vibrational positioning that is more natural to me.”
👩Questioner: But that’s what I thought I was doing this by retiring and doing this.
👥Abraham: But feel the difference. Because what you are offering here is so beneficial. What you are saying is, “I’m going through these emotions and I’m taking this action, because I believe that this action will leave me in a better feeling place.”
And what we want you to do is “To break it down more incrementally”.
We’d like you to open the pages of a book and as you are reading this fictitious novel when the woman that you are reading about finds out that she’s dying of something, we would like you to just take the book and throw it to the trash can and say,
“This was not the best choice of reading for me.
Because my in the moment thought is what this causing my in the moment vibration.
And my in the moment vibration is what is giving me my in the moment emotion.
And as I’m doing it in this moment, not only it is affecting my vibration in this moment, but I’m practicing the vibration and I’m developing a proclivity so that I have access to more of those kinds of thoughts.”
🔴We want you to understand that - - - deliberate creation is just a moment by moment thinking and feeling process.
💢And too many of you are looking at your life sort of from a distance as you are talking in general terms, “I thought that the RV life would give me more time to put myself in a better feeling place.” And “I thought that because I was now doing that that I would be in a more better feeling place.”
⭕️And we want you to take a more bite by bite hands-on physical approach by saying, “This thought doesn’t feel all that good. I wonder if I could find a thought that feels better.”
There’s nothing serious happening here. In other words, there’s no serious misalignment.
Think about how magnificent it is you’ve been saying and many of you have been saying,
“I want to know about my vibrations.
And I want to be a deliberate creator.
And I want to be in alignment with Source Energy.
And I want to fulfill my reason for being.
And I want to know what I’m doing. I want to listen to my guidance system.
And I want to be intuitive and in vibrational connection with my Source.
And I want to be so in alignment that I can actually hear my Inner Being and receive guidance.
And I want to be a teacher and I want to be of value to others.”
And all of that means that you have to be aware of how you feel in the moment.
So, then you say, and most of you are feeling this on some level, “I’m not all that much aware of my emotions.”
Well, you are, every one of you are.
You can feel it as we’ve been playing this game today, you know right where these emotions are.
